Our Leadership Team

Glen D. Smith
Senior Partner
Glen Smith is a senior partner of Conflexion, LLC and a Senior Reporting & Analytics Manager at T-Mobile. Before joining T-Mobile Glen held professional positions at MDT Software, Lucent Technologies, and B&D Plastics. He was honorably discharged from the Alabama ARNG with the rank of sergeant. His military specialty was logistics and transportation. He has a BS in Computer/Information Science from Troy State University and an MS in Computer Science from Mississippi State University. Glen has held professional positions as an industrial engineer, a process engineer, a QA technician and a software engineer. He led an effort that identified $8M in inventory in the MES but not in physical inventory and a follow-on to more accurately identify scrap and developed key processes to reduce redundant testing. He has designed and implemented software for machine-control (generating CNC to cut timing screws), several optical fiber process-control (splicing and post-draw processes), and production-control (planning, scheduling and assignment) systems. He was instructor for a graduate course in COBOL programming, and has taught industry short courses: C++ programming, Perl programming, SQL for engineers, Unix for engineers and HP/UX system administration.
